Andy Cates
President/General Partner
Andy Cates is the President of RVC USA Management, LLC, the General Partner of RVC USA, LP. Cates began his real estate career in Dallas, Texas, where he worked as an Analyst at Trammell Crow Company Capital Markets Group. After two years there, he became an Associate for Crow Family Holdings, the Trammell Crow Family's ownership and asset management vehicle also based in Dallas. In 1996, Cates left Crow and was a founding partner in Dallas based Viceroy Investments, LLC, a commercial real estate acquisition and asset management company.
In 1999, Cates relocated to his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee, to develop the $20 Million Soulsville Revitalization Project as its Project Developer and to serve as its Board Chairman. It includes the Stax Museum of American Soul Music, The Stax Music Academy, and the Soulsville Charter School. He was also involved in the pursuit and relocation of the Memphis Grizzlies NBA basketball franchise of which he is currently a minority owner. A native Memphian, Cates earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Board Member of the Soulsville Foundation, Grizzlies Academy, Soulsville Charter School, Lambda Alpha International (Honorary Society for the Advancement of Land Economics), LeMoyne-Owen College , Grizzlies Foundation and Chairman of Memphis Community Connector.

Darrell Eldred
Development
Darrell is responsible for RVC USA’s Development and Construction oversight. A lifelong Memphian and graduate of the University of Memphis, Darrell has developed an extensive background in both the public and private arenas. His experience includes a wide range of technical supervision and engineering applications. As Director of the General Services Division for the City of Memphis, he oversaw a staff of 300 with annual operating budgets of $40 million and capital budgets in excess of $100 million.

Jonas Eldred
Operations
Jonas is responsible for RVC’s property management operations. After graduating from The University of Memphis with a BA in Sales and Marketing in 1992, he successfully created new sales territories in the areas of construction and manufacturing supplies for RTS Industrial Supply Company. Later, he led a team focused on customer productivity and process improvement for Sandvik Coromant. In 2000, Jonas created TFP, Inc., a specialty supplier of metalworking tools for automotive manufacturing and the tool and die industries. Since 2004, Jonas has been a partner with OpTeam, Inc., a business consulting company based in Memphis, that provides third party asset management and process solution services.

David Goldstein
Site Selection/Acquisitions
David is responsible for property acquisition and site selection for RVC USA. David graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and returned to his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee in 2004. Upon his return, he began working in commercial real estate development and management with Greenhat Partners LLC, a multi-family and retail developer.

Gladys M. McGowan
Research
Gladys is the Office Manager and Research Analyst for RVC USA. Gladys graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in Business Administration. After working twenty years in telecommunications, Gladys managed an Executive Suites business before joining Value Acquisition Fund, a commercial real estate investment firm based in Memphis.

Adam Slovis
Site Selection/Acquisitions
Adam is responsible for RVC USA’s property acquisition and site selection. He is a Commercial Real Estate Broker licensed in the state of Tennessee and Mississippi and with over 10 years experience in providing brokerage, development, and leasing services as well as landlord tenant representation.
Slovis graduated from the University of Maryland College Park, is an executive Board Member of the Bornblum Solomon Schecther Day School, past board member of Beth Shalom Synagogue and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Center City Commission Downtown Memphis’ advisory board.
